Terms of Use

1. The licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Labelingo on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where the two differ, these terms apply to Labelingo.

2. Free features and Labelingo Pro

Without a subscription you can open 20 words, use every language and review the words you opened. Labelingo Pro removes the word limit and adds an example sentence for every word.

3. Auto-renewable subscriptions

• Labelingo Pro is offered yearly (with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers) and monthly. The price for your country is shown in the app before you subscribe.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel the subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you subscribe.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.
• If Pro ends, the first 20 words you opened stay open; the rest are locked again until you resubscribe.

4. Recognition and translations

Labelingo recognises objects automatically and can be wrong: an object may get the wrong word or no word. Translations and sentences are written with care but may contain mistakes. Labelingo is a learning aid, not a professional translation service.

5. Acceptable use

Use the camera responsibly: respect other people's privacy and don't use the app while driving or wherever paying attention matters. Don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the app or its vocabulary.

6. Your data

Your progress is stored only on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting the app deletes it.

7. Changes and availability

We may update the app, its vocabulary and these terms. Material changes to the terms will be published on this page with a new effective date. We may stop offering the app at any time; an active subscription then keeps working until the end of its paid period.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, CISHOR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
